You must not share your account login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. pk1946 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk1946 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@pk1946.net. pk1946 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

Upon termination for cause, pk1946 may forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes (rather than as a final sanction), pk1946 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to you. During a suspension period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

pk1946 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk1946 will provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account. Closing your account in response to a Terms amendment will not result in forfeiture of any verified real-money balance.
